A revolution in the construction of motorhomes took place. Aluminium sheets were replaced by fibreglass walls with high-dense-polystyrol, as isolation. Fibreglass will not be damaged by ice, rain, trees etc. and can be very easy repaired in case of accident.

The body of our motorhomes is polyester fibreglass (GRP) and has numerous advantages. The older style aluminium panels require replacement and have longer lead times for parts. Fibreglass panels are far tougher and do not suffer from small dents and stone chips.

All AHORN models are supplied on Ford Transit chassis with 6 speed gearbox and 115 or 140 horsepower 2.4 TDCi common rail diesel engine. The rear wheel drive with twin wheels offer far better traction on wet roads and improves driver stability. The TF 620 model is supplied on the new 2.2 TDCi common rail engine with 110 or 130 horsepower, 5 speed gearbox and front wheel drive.

Many models are pre-equipped with combi 145 Lt. fridge with AES, oven with grill. In every model, without exception, you will find a Midi Heki panoramic skylight.

The BLUCAMP models are all equipped with Air Conditioning and Alarm.

During the conception studies, for each model is chosen the chassis that seems adjust to its size and security: Ford Transit or Fiat Ducato. Thus, we find models with rear wheel drive and twin wheels with 140 cv, others with front wheel drive and 130 cv or others with 110 cv and 100 cv. But all with Common-rail engines of last generation, allowing excellent performances with low consumptions. For its security, the models in Fiat Ducato chassis are equipped with wider rear axle to improve the stability in road.

All our cab over models have aerodynamic design to easily allow wind resistance, and at the same time, ensuring plenty of interior space and bedroom height.
